The 2012 Gandona is a richly concentrated dark purple and fully opaque wine. Rich and lush black & red fruits such as Boysenberry, sweet cherry, cassis, & pomegranate dominate the aromatics and flavors. Strong minerality notes of hot volcanic rock and gravel are on display. Floral elements of hibiscus and violets and interlaced with anise, allspice, vanilla and cocoa.
